Home from home garden lodge

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our 3 dogs (2 rescues) who love to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and a good shopping centre. Wifi is included which guests have found perfectly adequate. Fully equipped self-contained unit with everything you need for a lovely stay. You have your own key so you can come and go as you please and when you return from your adventures you can shut your door and appreciate total privacy -or maybe sit outside with a glass of wine on a warm evening -the nearest pub is 3 miles away so maybe a drop-off at the off-licence? Guest are welcome to make use of garden space including outside dining and charcoal BBQ. You may encounter the dogs but they are totally harmless! Although breakfast is listed as included we have found guests prefer to cook their own at a time to suit them. We do provide cereals, bread, milk and, if required, sausages, bacon, eggs etc for you to cook your own. Charlie and I are on site for the majority of the time with the exception of the odd shopping trip. If you need anything just let us know. Very new Marshland Hall containing tea shop/cafe a short walk away. Sandringham Estate which hosts several fairs each year is a short car journey away; carry on and find yourself at Norfolk Lavender and then on to Hunstanton with its SeaLife Centre and seal-watching boat trips. The stunning north Norfolk coast is just a little further on from Hunstanton but why stop there? Carry on and search out some famous Cromer crabs! Peaceful remote village with rail station 6 miles away. Many off-road walks for wildlife watching. Easy car access to the A47 which leads to all major towns and areas (Kings Lynn,Hunstanton etc). Nearest pub is at Terrington St John which is approximately 3miles away and shop/PO in Emneth (2.5 miles away) Regrettably we can only accept adults as it is not suitable for children or pets (unfenced pond in the garden). However, The Detached Garden Room can be booked together with this annexe to accommodate additional guests over 15.
