Cozy flat in good location

From time to time I offer my flat due to periods abroad to guests. Since the flat is my homebase you will find a cosy living room, a modern kitchen and a beautifull balcony that you can use. I have a coffee machine, books, anything you need for cooking, bike and towels. The apartment has a common roof top, where family and friends can chill and hygge while enjoying a beautiful view. During your stay either we personally or a contact person will be available for you. I very much like people from other cultures. I also welcome families with more than 2 people. But that would have to be pre arranged personally. Feel free to ask. The Apartment was built in 2017 and is located in a family-friendly and quiet area whcih is close to Bellevue Beach, the Engsø and Århus City. The next bus Stop to Aarhus City is 200m away from the apartment. You can reach the Bellevue Beach in 5 minutes by car. There are communal facilities with free parking and bicycle storage. Groceries and other everyday-stuff can be found and bought around the corner (200 meters away - Rema 1000). If you want to use the bikes, it should be pre-arranged too.
