Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage. Brickyard cottage was built in in the late 1800s and has been fully refurbished. Conveniently located in a secluded rural location between the three villages of Potton, Everton and Gamlingay this majestic building stands in front of the woods and overlooks an idyllic picturesque pond. The historic village of Potton is 5 minutes away and offers several pubs an Indian and Italian restaurant a coffee shop, a convenience store a butchers a post office and the prestigious John O’gaunt golf club. We are conveniently in a spot 25 minutes away from Cambridge and Bedford and 15 minutes from the historic Wimpole hall estate (a national trust property). There are numerous local walks in the beautiful surrounding country side and the RSPB in Sandy. The Accomodation is fully detached offering privacy however we are always available to answer any queries or offer advice and guidance in regards to places to eat, local attractions and local walks. Check in time is after 1400 and checkout is by 1000. We are a 10 minute drive to Sandy or Biggleswade train Stations with fast trains availble to Kings Cross London, 20 minutes drive to the centre of Cambridge or Bedford and 40 Mins to Milton Keynes.
