Your 2nd Home- Room#2 - Private Bedroom

Hello. We are offering a private bedroom . This has a queen bed and we can add a folding bed to accomodate 3 people. It has shared bathroom, FREEE PARKING, wifi and TV for Netflix. The room also contains other appliances’such as ref, microwave and coffee maker, iron and ironing board. We allow our guests to use our living room, dining room and kitchen for light cooking. Guests can access the living room, kitchen, dining room and backyard. We respect the privacy of our guests. Our contact will be to the minimum but if guest need us, we are available anytime. Our place is in the main road and we are within a school neighborhood. We are near bus stops. We are walking distance in commercial areas. We have Mcdonalds ,Panda Express and other fastfoods on a short walk. There are also supermarkets and drugstore closeby. Our pricing is only for one person. There is an added charge after 1 person. Please keep noise level down. No shoes inside the house.
