Tonbridge is 5 minute drive. There is a small convenience store, petrol station and pub within walking distance of the property. Guests may use the pond, there is a small patio area for guests use only where Guests can sit and enjoy an evening by the wood burner or an afternoon lunch in the sunshine. Guests may also use the pond and property for walks. Guests may use the grounds and Forest to walk in and the pond may be used for a BBQ. Guests may park their car under cover in the barn. The patio and table outside the front door may be used by Guests The owners live on the property and are available most days. The neighbourhood is excellent , very friendly and quiet. The well know Kentish Hare is within walking distance as is the George and Dragon in Speldhurst. The property is situated between Tunbridge wells and Tonbridge. Guests will benefit from having a car but there is a bus that goes from the village.
