There is the master bedroom with a double bed,wardrobe. The second bedroom is a single bedroom with one bed, desk and wardrobe. Also it includes a full kitchen with sink,oven,fridge and stove and an area to prepare food. In the living room there’s a sofa bed and normal sofa with a smart TV and table.The property has a full bathroom. There is a shared garden outside which is secluded and stairs leading up to the property. Private parking for any staying which is shared by neighbours. There is a Tesco express if you need anything and small local shops. I’ll be checking throughout your stay any messages. Also I’ll leave a instructions sheet in the living room which will inform you on how to use the oven, tv and thermostat. Warwick Castle is 10 minutes away which is great for exploring the history of England and a perfect English heritage place for taking the kids out! Stratford-upon-Avon is 27 minutes away and you can visit the birthplace of the famous poet Shakespeare. There are great restaurants nearby in Leamington and Warwick.If you need any advice on where to go in your stay, I can always advice you!! There is free private parking at the property.
