Ashdown Forest for a superking suite, plus farm

Rent the farm ( not the actual land except for walks, for a year £ 50k through Humberts Estate Agents) ,,,,,,or please do not ask for fire works, for only one night, a lot of work to deal with animals mine & next door farms (4th double bed in large room, away from other 6 people, one double is the super king bed with outstanding linen and fluffy towels, over the most stunningly beautiful view and a boutique bed and breakfast, other rooms, on many acres (Gatwick Airport 15 miles) gorgeous barn conversion/house over a stunning view, the dream of a couple alone with food,(there is a kitchen for snacks no heavy cooking) drinks, (bird song in the background) table, table cloth, comfortable chairs ,conversation, romance, or a team of friends , riding horses, going for walks, eating great dinner parties, I can cook , you can cook, all we need is a plan. ( in advance) there is a single bed to put in any room, mattress put on top of a bed that I can carry about, in all there are 4 doubles and one single bed, but one of the doubles is in a huge room above the kitchen, apart from all the other rooms, you have to walk around barn conversion to a different entrance This farm is on the edge of The Ashdown Forest, you can walk for miles over common land, although you can leave from here, it is best to take your car to designated car parks , similar to a drive to the beach, start your day. There are good food pubs hidden away, as well as Glyndbourne (not that many miles) at worst 40 mins. drive through stunning country side, children are charged per child, 6 people can stay here , children are far more wear and tear on the furnishings/carpets than adults, I do not want anymore children with paints, unless it is outside in summer and parents supervise 100%, thank you oh for instant booking or anyone else, you need a car to be in this stunning view with a tempur mattress for the best nights rest ( also a super king mattress, all the best mattresses used here for your 8 hours sleep) and no time or money missing from the effort on food preparation and bed making, immaculate bathrooms, to make you rejuvenated from only one night or many nights, work here with colleagues to avoid normal hassle (but the country side's internet is slow) there is a third of a mile farm drive to get here, we are at the absolute end through a manual gate ,shut at all times, this place is comfortable in the rooms but there is mud outdoors, this is a farm, If a single uses the super king bed then another adult can take the tempur double bed motel room, which means living room off of super king is for two people only and the sofa bed is the other white sofa, this costs for one night £140 ( one in the super king one in motel room) more nights it is £130 per night, every night, very happy if only two stay on the farm and no other guests taken
