Large 4 bedroom house with ample living area. The guest room is on the main floor. There are 2 full bathrooms. The full bathroom on the main floor is shared but primarily for you and potentially two other Airbnb guests. The large backyard has a 6 person hot tub and patio to relax. The kitchen is all updated and guests have full use of everything. There is a mini fridge/freezer in the guest room. Free wifi and Roku to use for internet and watching movies. The room is located on the main level and is accessed from the front of the house or by the garage. Plenty of light and storage in closet with your own mini fridge! Parking is available for one vehicle. Full use of the kitchen and outside patio, deck, and hottub at anytime. Unlimited access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, outside patio deck, hot tub, and washer/dryer in the garage. I'm available on site or by phone for any questions or concerns. I like to give quests their space but enjoy socializing if guests choose to engage. I like to have my space, non social time, unless there are questions or concerns in the living room to watch tv, eat, and relax after my long workdays which is after 5:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, simply because i'm ushually exhausted and need to decompress. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by large trees. It's close to I-205, McLoughlin Blvd, Clackamas, and shopping. Twenty minute drive to downtown Portland. There are lots of good restaurants, fast food, a new voodoo donuts, coffee places, and grocery stores including a fred meyers within a five minute drive. Driving, biking, and walking are all ways to get around the area. The #32 bus line is just 100 yards from the house. The max station is 2.7 miles away. Your own personal cleaning supplies will be available for you for your safety. They are placed in your closet. This includes hand sanitizer, disinfectant alcohol spray, and paper towels.
