Located in the peaceful village of Svoronata in southern Kefalonia, Villa Anthia is a delightful, modern, two bedroom house with partial views over the Ionian Sea. A short walk from the villa is life guard attended Avithos Beach, perfect for families, sun beds, beach bar and two exceptional tavernas serving local delicacies. There is also shared access to a private tennis court. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The open-plan living/dining area has Smart TV, free internet and all the amenities you’d expect. There is a private swimming pool and barbecue area, perfect for entertaining on long, hot summer nights. Our property is still quite new on HomeAway, which is why we still do not have any reviews. We provide a meet and greet service at the property, the airport is only a ten minute drive away. We are happy to advise on car rental, as well as advise on activities such as excursions, scuba diving, kayaking, cruises and lots more. Kefalonia’s beautiful capital city, Argostoli, is just a ten minute drive away, and there is a mini market within walking distance, in the local village of Svoronata.
