Owl Barn at Red House Farm, Norfolk

Set in the heart of our small working farm, this sensitively converted barn is nevertheless a beautifully private space with an enclosed garden which overlooks the fields where our cattle, sheep and horses graze. The comfortable, self-contained accommodation is all ground floor, and is perfect for short or longer stays. The barn has been lovingly crafted with exposed beams and a wonderful wet room, offering suitable accommodation for guests of all ages. This is a self-catering accommodation. Red House Farm is home to Lucy Popp and family. Owl Barn will provide you with a comfortable and peaceful stay. The accommodation comprises one double room with kingsize bed, and one small single room. It is an ideal base from which to visit friends and family, or for visiting local attractions such as Banham Zoo, Bressingham Steam Museum, or Snetterton race track. We are only one hour from the coast, with the beautiful resorts of Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich all awaiting you. If you need to visit on business, we are 500 metres off the A140, giving you easy access for Diss, Norwich or Ipswich. Other easily accessible towns and villages include the famous market town of Bury St Edmunds with its own Cathedral, Framlingham and Lavenham. Lucy is more than happy to help provide information on the local area and its attractions and recommend pubs/restaurants nearby. Owl Barn is available as an entire space, with enclosed garden and parking, and has independent access. It is all ground floor and is suitable for people with restricted mobility.
