Stylish and Modern Garden Studio

Newly built modern garden studio situated a few minutes from the South Downs, 20 minutes from the centre of Lewes and 30 minutes to the station if walking. It has it's own entrance and an outside decked terrace with seating for relaxing with a drink on a summer's evening. The studio is stylishly fitted with bespoke birch ply furniture. The bed has a high quality mattress for comfort and there is a double futon bed if a second bed is required. It has it's own shower room and kitchenette. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle but no oven or hob. Breakfast essentials are provided (bread, butter, jams, cereal, tea coffee, juice). There is a wardrobe with hangers and a full length mirror if you need to dress for an event. There buses to Lewes and Brighton among other places from near the house.
