This is an amazing Central Location in Cornwall, with so many stunning beaches and attractions nearby. COVID SAFETY -- Guests safety is very important to us. Anti Viral products are used at each changeover .... No Contact Check In is available with Key Safe access for all guests. Lovely Holiday Complex set in communal gardens and grounds, with indoor heated Swimming Pool and sauna, Children's play area, Tennis, Crazy golf, Bar and restaurant ....... set in lots of communal gardens This is a lovely family friendly holiday park, the staff here are so lovely and friendly. Fantastic central location in Cornwall ..... with so many beautiful beaches and attractions nearby. Please Note that due to Covid --- facilities may not always be available -- the park will follow the Gov guidelines. PERRANPORTH is a charming coastal town with amazing beach and surf school, great restaurants bars and lovely cafes, ice cream parlours and shops ...... it really is everyone's idea of the perfect Seaside town ! St Agnes is just a short drive away aswell. Newquay is just a few miles away. Truro is also just a few miles away, this is the big city centre in Cornwall where you will find all of the big stores and amazing restaurants / bars etc. 3 Bed Holiday property, with open plan living space:- LOUNGE AREA -- with 2 comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV. FITTED KITCHEN -- with dining table + chairs for 6 guests, oven / hob, fridge, microwave, and plentiful supply of utensils, mugs, bowls plates etc. DOUBLE BEDROOM - with double bed, double wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawers, bedside lighting TWIN BEDROOM - 2 Single beds, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting TWIN BEDROOM - 2 single beds, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting FAMILY BATHROOM - Full sized Bath WC, sink with mirror over All beds will be made up for 6 guests. Ideally this property sleeps 6 guests with all beds made up for 6. There is also a sofa bed that can be available at certain times, if you are happy to bring the extra bedding to use here. Please contact us regarding this before booking as this is not always available. ......... PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING IF MORE THAN 6 GUESTS ARE STAYING -- there is a small extra charge when extra guests are staying, to cover extra fees + costs. The extra charge is £49 per extra guest. (above 6 guests) So this is great value for families ! This can be paid before your arrival Wifi is available in the reception building during the summer season. This is not available at the actual property. Here you will find the swimming pool, shop, bar and restaurant, amusement arcade. Due to Covid, some of these Facilities may be restricted or not available --- this is beyond our control as im sure you understand We have several properties here, so we can accommodate large family groups ...... please contact us regarding this if you wish to book a few properties. LOVELY FACILITIES HERE -- these are available from March to October :- If access to Facilities is required, Reception will charge £5 per guest for the Facilities Pass to have access to facilities here, this can be paid before your arrival -- and on arrival at Reception staff will give you the passes. FACILITIES AVAIL. Indoor swimming pool / sauna Children's play area WIFI available in reception building -- not at the actual property. Tennis Outdoor Table Tennis Table Crazy golf Bar / Restaurant in Reception Building PLEASE NOTE : Due to Covid some of these facilities may not always be available -- the Park must follow the Gov guidelines, which do keep changing all the time. Bar and Restaurant are open during the main holiday season. There is a really good launderette at this holiday complex. Dogs. We can accept a booking for 1 small dog / pet at certain times, my cleaning company does make a small extra charge for this, as it is vital that they do extra vacuuming and anti viral cleaning after a dog, as we have to consider the comfort of other guests. The cleaning company do charge £45 per pet ..... and there are strict conditions if bringing a dog. Please contact us before booking regarding this, as we can not always offer this ..... incase we have other guests booked afterwards with allergies - Pets are strictly not allowed on furniture at all ..... and we do ask that you bring lots of throws to cover sofas ..... just incase they jump up. This avoids any problems. This is very important as im sure you can understand Please note that if guests bring a dog without informing us --- then access will be denied. This is very important. The park need to know if dogs are visiting. WE STRICTLY ONLY ACCEPT 1 DOG. Please Note : WIFI is available at the Reception building, not at the actual property.
