Spacious One Bedroom Suite in a Waterfront House

PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION IS REQUIRED. Spacious one bedroom suite with a private bedroom and bathroom in the lower level of a waterfront house in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and biking/jogging/walking trails. Bedroom has a queen size bed, recliner and a desk. Kitchen has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and a dining table. Living room has reclining couches, 40" TV with live TV, You Tube and other Roku Channels. You will have lock box access to the house key. We will send the lock box information closer to your arrival. If possible, we would like to welcome you personally. We may or may not be at home at all times. However we will make every effort to answer any questions via e-mail. Quiet Neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. There is a baseball park with a children’s play area within walking distance. Biking/jogging/hiking trails are just a few blocks away from the Hoover road trail which joins the Green Circle trail. Check out (Website hidden by Airbnb) for a great map of this amazing trail system. You will find some beautiful views, forests, rivers, parks and a lovely downtown along this trail. Personal vehicle. 1. PLEASE do not use outside shoes on the indoor carpets. 2. Please park your vehicle on the driveway. 3. The Airbnb space is meant for the original guests only. Please do not use this space to entertain other persons.
