Double room in charming cottage

Poppy Cottage is in a quiet backwater accessed by a footpath in the heart of Dorking. The bedroom is light and newly decorated with views across gardens to The Surrey Hills. Brand new super comfortable bed converting to single double or twins Bathroom is next to your room and you may use the pretty front garden to sit and relax. Footpaths into the hill 5 mins walk, station 15 mins through a lovely park The Antique Quater is 3 mins and shops of all sorts, a pool, gym and cinema Your breakfast can be taken at the many cafes in the town Our favorite is about 3 mins walk to The Dorking Deli. (Website hidden by Airbnb) is an old fashioned pub on the corner of the street and there are many pubs and restaurants serving food for your evening meal There is no designated parking for the cottages . Parking is on the road I work freelance quite often at home but in and out I will make sure I am there to greet you on your arrival and sit down for a chat about anything you would like to know. There is no access to the rest of the house and you have everything for making tea in your room. You have a front door key to your room and come and go as you please. Lovely atmosphere Spring Gardens is aptly named We have a real community here with very friendly neighbours who will stop and say hello if you are sitting in the front garden. In Spring we have our annual Path Party where we all get together on the little green between the cottages Live music in the pubs Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There are pleanty of cafe's and restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby.
