You’ll love our Inn because we are close to art and culture, less than one hour from beaches and you can walk to the harbor, restaurants, pubs and quaint shops. Located in a friendly historic residential neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped yard & in-ground pool. Tavern Room on site. Our adult venue is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and big groups. Only an hour from VA BCH and the Outerbanks! Your room will be one of six in our GUEST HOUSE(GREEN, BALCONY, GOLD, POOLSIDE, FRENCH OR PATRIOT); 5 with Queen beds, 1 handicapped accessible with two twins or 1 King. All are laid out the same with different decor reflected in the room name with private, en suite baths, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, either gas or electric fireplace, WIFI & smart TV's. We choose the room based on availability & guest needs & preferences. If you have a preference please note it in your reservation and we will do all we can to provide it. A Queen bed room with a private bath in our guest house is provided. Your AIRBNB reduced rate includes self-serve continental breakfast with juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, baked goods, coffee & we provide local eggs for you to prepare if you wish!. Housekeeping is done at the end of your stay. We have a gathering Tavern room on site where you can stretch out of your room and/or socialize. It has TV and movie availability, bathroom etc. called the Tavern Room. Your room is in the attached guest house and includes a Queen bed, en suite bath, fridge, microwave, coffee pot & fireplace. COVID19 legal requirements restrict access to spaces at the venue not specifically listed here. Feel free to correspond any particular interests and we can have information available upon your arrival or emailed in advance. We are happy to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible! We are in a historic residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown & the harbor. We do have taxis and are about 1 hour from the Norfolk airport. All check ins are no contact, self check in but we are on site and provide additional contact information to assist you. We love to interact with guests who would like to! We sometimes do movies poolside Friday & Saturday night. We recommend trip insurance to all of our guests, especially multi-night guests. It is readily available and inexpensive.
