The apartment is a duplex unit, and the main level features an elegant open plan living/dining room, modern galley kitchen, one twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom, and a spacious balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and garden oasis at the center of the complex. The master is located on the upper level, with en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Both of the bedrooms are carefully furnished with splashes of tropical colour and are air-conditioned. Guest facilities at Margate Gardens include a freshwater swimming pool, and one assigned parking space for the apartment. Across the street guests can enjoy Tapas Restaurant, or within walking distance several other excellent watering holes and dining options nearby.
