Best house at the most beautiful place in Terceira island, a few meters from the sea, with its fishing arbour and the wonderful local natural swimming pools. Friendly and welcoming home for until 4 persons on Terceira Island in the Azores archipelago in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The Casa da Vinha Grande is a house next to the family vineyards and for being the largest vineyard of them all was known as the Vinha Grande. Currently recovered, is a pleasant space that combines the traditional of the local with the modern of some objects as well as interesting architectural details. The house comprises a large room facing south and facing the courtyard, with double bed, fitted bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two persons, pantry, terrace overlooking the sea north and hills to the south, where you can relax reading a book or sunbathing. Near the sea, natural pools, local markets, and also its famous Wine Museum. You can still visit other beautiful historical places like the center of Angra do Heroismo, World Heritage Site by UNESCO because of its architecture. An excellent place for walking and cycling, with beautiful views to the mountains or the sea. You can see in some places around traditional festivals such as street bullfights, carnivals, festivals, summer or other religious festivals with centuries of history. There is also a good supply of public transport if you do not want to rent a car. The guests will access to all that the house have to offer, gadgets and equipments.
