The Bake House: peaceful 2-3 bed country home.

The property is set in a delightful rural setting, ideal for a short or longer stay either for business or pleasure. We are situated in the ideal area for walking and biking as well as local attractions, such as Stowe Gardens, Bletchley Park, Woburn and Silverstone. We have horses, pigs, hens and sheep and lambs in the Spring. There is a tennis court where you can have a BBQ or a picnic. Subject to availability we can organise a massage. Well behaved dogs are allowed subject to discussion. The Bake House is next door to our home and is attached to the stables. There are 2 large double bedrooms, one also has a single bed in it, one has a shower room en-suite the other a bathroom en-suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is large enough to eat in. There is a large reception room with a wood burning stove. There is also a cloakroom with a washing machine. There is a tumble dryer that can be accessed in the yard. The garden is private but there is a patio outside the French windows that you can use. There is a tennis court which can be used on request where you can have a BBQ or a picnic. We are in a rural location surrounded by fields but accessible to the M1 and M40 with fast trains to London from Milton Keynes. We live in a small quiet village with numerous footpaths, the Church dates back to the Doomsday book and has services twice a month. There is a designated free parking area close to the property. Leckhampstead is a very small and quiet but beautiful village. The Bakehouse is situated at the top of the drive next to the main house. The Church is mentioned in the Doomsday Book and is worth a visit. There are lovely walks you can do from the house. There is private parking which is a 10second walk from the front door. The surrounding area is rural with many great walks. We accept no liability for injury incurred whilst playing on the tennis court, using the BBQ or walking on our land. There is an extra cost for a dog which we can discuss. The cost of a massage is paid directly to the therapist. We will supply one basket of wood for the wood burning stove. If more is needed we can supply it for small charge of £5. An honesty box is left out to cover this.
