Lagoon studio with terrace!

Stylish Scandinavian studio with terrace and stunning lagoon views in the heart of Preila! Located in a new apartment complex in a very quiet and relaxed surrounding. It's a perfect spot between Nida & Juodkrante for Curonian spit exploration. Our cozy and stylish studio type apartment (30 sq.m.) is perfectly suit for couple but there could stay up to 4 people. Apartment has one living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed for 2, sofa-bed for 2 and a cozy terrace, ideal for enjoying your breakfast in the morning sun, reading book, relaxing during the day or watching spectacular sunsets. Location couldn't be better - close to all main attractions between Nida and Juodkrante, yet far enough from the crowds to provide peace and relaxation. This apartment / hotel complex is right on the lagoon - grab an early morning coffee cup and enjoy the sunrise right from the spacious terrace. If you're up for a swim in the Baltic sea - grab your sandals and a towel and you are on the beach within 3 min. by car or 20 min. walking (all towns in the Curonian spit are located on the lagoon and you need to walk to the sea). Apartment is located in a newly constructed aparthotel complex "Preilos krantas" (30 apartments total) with a private garden area and an amazing barbecue area, designed to provide you with comfort and style. Feel free to explore all surroundings :) Guests also have free parking place. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves, however if you will need something I'll be available on phone and e-mail and there are people administrating the property on site. Keys will be arranged at a drop place. Enjoy the peace of the lagoon: watch sea gulls dive, collect seashells or legendary Baltic amber, play in the sand, swim in the sea, canoe in the lagoon, bike through the magical pine forest, go mushroom picking, hike around the mysterious dead dunes or the seashore or simple snuggle up to the fire and enjoy reading a book. Well, that's what we do when we're there, but it's up to you, I'm certain you'll find your own reason to love Curonian spit as much as we do :) Just enjoy your vacation! If you will be travelling by car, in front of the apartment there's a free parking for our guests. Alternatively you can catch a bus (runs from Preila to Nida/Juodkrante/Klaipeda several times daily). There are numerous locations for bike rental, which is the preferred mode of transport there! However most things you'll need around Preila will be within a walking distance :) For additional fee ( 60 €/hour) you can relax & recover your strengths at a small SPA located in the complex. There are Finnish wood stove sauna, Turkish steam sauna and a Jacuzzi. SPA center should be reserved in advance at a complex reservation desk.
