Höllviken offers high quality beaches, kite surfing, golf courses, Viking Village, birdwatching etc. Nature starts just outside the door and bicycle and walking trails stretches all the way down to Skanör and Falsterbo. Bus stop nearby and it takes appr 25 minutes to Malmö C and 35 minutes to Copenhagen by car. Estimate double the time by bus. The apartment is equipped to meet high standards of living. Superfast wifi, chromecast equipped TV, comfortable beds, different type of pillows and duvets to suit different needs, build in USB chargers, all convenience kitchen and a nice out door barbecue and lounge area. There is mechanical ventilation assuring a nice climate and 4m folding doors to allow full access to nature. The apartment has dimmable LEDs everywhere to offer the right light for every occasion. Outside there is a private parking right by the door. I have built this apartment exactly as I wanted it and no expense spared, hope you will find it as great as I do! As my guest, you have access to the apartment (1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room) and the out side porch. There is a barbecue that can be fired up and used but you need to buy coal. There is a separate parking just outside the door. There are great MTB/cycling trails starting just out side the house and you go 30-40km around Näset with amazing nature and wildlife. Its a little bit of heaven! Buses are at a walking distance. Stores and restaurants are 4km away and can be reached by a longer walk or quick by bus. Malmö is about 20km away and Copenhagen is 35km away, go by bus and train.
