Fine dining, grocery, bars and shops all within close walking distance. Unit features a fine view of the downtown cityscape along Maine Street with a ton of natural light and original 1901 lead glass windows for you historical and preservation types. Communal massive kitchen and two full baths are right down hallway. Pool tables, air hockey and even a private theater available for use. Laundry, kitchen, bathrooms, common areas. Large loft open floor plan. Doors are locked where guests are prohibited. I travel for work and fun all the time so I have a caretaker on site if needed for questions, upkeep etc. Can be as engaging or quiet as needed and full tours always available. We are the first true loft in Quincy and the building has been such a labor of love. I love downtown and the people watching, parades, and activities. Art fests, concerts in the park, shopping all make this an incredible room. Downtown is easily walkable, great biking through historic section and along the river. Easy street parking and a ton of public free parking. We also have Lyft and public transit bus a block away. Steps required for entry and given its a 6000 Sf space there might be some dust in common area or hallway as we are always improving and updating the space. 119 years on and this masterpiece still gets attention.
