The room is located in a unique sixties bungalow with a large garden. The room has recently been renovated, is very light, has 2 large windows, a nice workplace and a view of the garden. The location is perfect: very quiet and green, yet only 1.5 km from the center of Leuven. You can use bicycles for free and there is free parking. Also nearby: supermarket, Provincial Domain, bus stop, train station, Brussels airport, university, Gasthuisberg, numerous walking and cycling routes. We fell in love with this architect house and the nice neighborhood immediately and are very happy that we can share this piece of paradise with you! The room has everything you need: a comfortable double bed, a nice workplace, strong WiFi, fresh water and a television where you can stream whatever you want or log in to your Netflix, Streamz or Disney account. There is also an honesty bar with local beers and lemonades, wine, soft drinks,... The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and there are countless take away and delivery options. The garden is very cozy and sunny with a design garden set that you can use at will to enjoy a nice meal or to linger with your company and a nice beer or bottle of wine. There is also a petanque court and balls are available. Several bicycles are available to guests free of charge. You can just take a bike. They only have lights and a lock. The neighborhood is very quiet and green and yet it is only 7 minutes by bike to the center of the city (everything is flat). The bathroom has a toilet, sink, large rain shower and hairdryer. Fresh sheets or towels are at your disposal. In our piece of paradise you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful surroundings, tasty regional beers and the most beautiful city in the world, nearby ;)Also nearby: supermarket, Provincial Domain, bus stop, train station, Brussels airport, university, Gasthuisberg, numerous of walking and cycling routes. There is a spacious, free parking just in front of the door. Always place! The bus stop of bus 2 and 371 are only 50m away. Bus 2 runs every 10-15 minutes to Leuven station and Leuven center. Leuven train station is only 1.5 km away. Brussels airport is only 20 minutes by car (or taxi). Brussels is 25 minutes away. I'd love to help you with must-go's/eats/see's/... and other questions. The renowned abbey of Vlierbeek is just around the corner, there are several parks and forests within walking distance. The Provincial Domain of Kessel-Lo is also only 400m away. The city is only 1.5 km away, also close to Gasthuisberg, IMEC, INBEV, the university,... Leuven is a bustling city and is known for its university, technology, young population, beautiful Town Hall and not forgetting the world famous lager Stella Artois. Leuven is also the ideal starting point to visit cities such as Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges and of course Brussels. At barely 50m there are multitudes of cycling and walking tours. The mountain bike network is also nearby.
