superb view, central, miniature penthouse

At the top of a 4 floor apt.bldg. is a penthouse, which is self - standing and is very quiet. There is a magnificent view of old historic towers, over 100 yrs., and beautiful pine & plane trees all around. Is located at the most central area of Kifisia, which is a beautiful suburb of northern Athens. It's a 5 min. walk to the central taxi/ metro/bus stations for all destinations, also 6 min walk to all beautiful local sights,stores, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The penthouse is very-very small. Is very quiet, and very close to magnificent old sites of Kifissia. The famous Natural History museum, in Kifisia founded by the Goulandris family, is one of them. Located at the top of the bldg., is very independent, and has a nice view of all Attika. The penthouse is on the terrace and is privately used. The only common places are the entrance to the bldg., the elevator, and the stairs to the 4th,. floor. I also live in the same bldg, so I can be available, for extra information. The neighborhood, is located at the historic preservation area of Kifissia. Many ancient prime ministers or even older queens & kings used to have their holiday houses here.Old mansions or ex queens' & Kings' summer houses; are offered at times for (open house) tours. Also famous writers & poets lived very close to this neighborhood.etc. Mihalarias art gallery, is only 4min. Walk to the east, where beautiful modern art is taking place. Right on the corner of Diligianni st. & Kifisias ave. The loft is located very close to the Kifisia square center, 5min.walk to the main train station, which connects to all destinations,as well as, to and from the El. Venizelos airport. Also it's a 5 min.walk to the bus station, taxis, supermarkets, and beautiful local cafes or other stores. A nice family tavern is across the street, which has been there for ages, is beautifully renovated, & does not affect the sense of the neighborhood. You could try their delicious menu. also the metro station is a 5 min. walk, from the loft, to all destinations. There is a supermarket across from the train station 'THANOPOYLOS', which has so many things from different countries that one does not usually find, at other supermarkets.
