Bright and spacious ground floor double bedroom, beautifully decorated with en-suite shower room & private access leading onto the patio & secluded shared family garden. Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops. Our house is nestled in a secluded spot at the end of a no-through road, with the advantage of being just a few minutes walk from the heart of the village. We have a large shared drive for parking, you are welcome to use our garden and say hello to our chickens on the way through! The room has it's own private access through our garden so is extremely private and although part of the house, it is locked internally so in effect a fully self-contained space. The room is a self-contained, private space at the end of our family home. You will have your own separate entrance but we work from home so are usually on hand to answer questions or help with anything. Billingshurst is a pretty West Sussex village with great amenities, including a Sainsburys, Post Office, pharmacy and a number of small restaurants and cafes. Brilliantly situated to explore the rest of the county, with Petworth, Arundel, Chichester and Brighton all under 30mins drive away. We are a 15 minute walk from Billingshurst Railway station which is on the mainline into London Victoria and Gatwick Airport. We have chickens which are generally pretty quiet and also a puppy, Maggie, who is kept out of the B&B room. We have a large family garden (including trampoline!) adjacent to woodland which guests are welcome to share with our family.
