Great for family & friends who want to be together, yet have some privacy. The front and the back of the camp has its own apartment features and a lock-off door for privacy/security. Front area has two bedrooms and one bath with 900 sq ft, whirlpool tub and walk in shower. The back area is 2 bedrooms one bath with 800 sq ft with a standard tub and shower combo. Outdoors has swings and chairs on both the front and back. The downstairs area is screened in with both gas and charcoal grills, large dining table, and sink. Pathway to beach is 360' east or 400' west of property. Bed description: 2 kings 4 doubles 2 sofa sleepers Note: PET FRIENDLY - pre-approved pets only! Also BBQ Pits are maintained by tenants and may need to be cleaned before use. Propane tanks are filled by tenants and can be filled at Sureway Grocery Store or Sand Dollar Marina. Nearest beach cross over will be across from Cypress Lane or Birch Lane
