Classic Ermoupoli House with a Great View

The house has two main levels; Ground floor with kitchen, bathroom and a dining room, and 1st floor with a bedroom, living room with bed sofa, a small work space and a toilet. There's also a small kitchen and exit to the roof on the 2nd floor. There's a great view to the sea and the harbour on all levels. The building itself is quite old and was fully renovated some years ago. It is about 100 square meters in total, split on two levels and a small additional kitchen on the top with access to the terrace. You'll have access to the whole house. Contact mainly through email, as I am generally not in the area. It's a fairly quiet residential neighbourhood with local families. The main city square is only 5 minutes away on foot, down the steps. The house is centrally located and you can get around on foot as there are mostly narrow streets and steps. Rented cars/mopeds will have to be parked in the streets close to the house. There are buses and taxis to go to other parts of the island in the harbour area, which is about 10 minutes on foot. Closest place for a swim is by St. Nicholas church near the city centre. We normally drink bottled water, but the tap water is safe (desalinated sea water) and we use it for cooking and cleaning. The super markets can deliver your shopping to your door, which saves you from carrying too much up the steps. It's also very important that you don't throw any paper in the toilets, but use the bins provided.
