This large gite is located in a quiet village in the heart of the 3 large lakes of Champagne, between Forêt d'Orient and Lac du Der. Starting from a derelict house, we did a lot of work by ourselves to transform it into a charming comfortable and tastefully decorated home. On the ground floor you will find the functional and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining room. This large, friendly space will allow you to meet with family or friends around the large table for dinner or in the comfortable lounge at aperitif time. Also on the ground floor you will also find a large bedroom and a bathroom with large walk-in shower, as well as a linen room. Upstairs you will find 4 large bedrooms (one with shower and sink), a bathroom with shower and separate WC. The property is completely enclosed with a private courtyard on one side, a terrace and a garden on the other. This cottage is labeled Tourism and Handicap with a bedroom on the ground floor and the bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Sheets are provided and beds made upon arrival.
