HIDDEN GEM (Room Only) in Nottingham Forest!!!

My house is a beautiful 2 bedroom house with 2 floors in the famous tourist village of Edwinstowe. It has a stylish bedroom, designer bathroom, front room with full TV and streaming entertainment, kitchen, front patio area and a stunning balearic cocktail garden with a built in cinema screen to the back. Minutes walk from Sherwood Forest & Centre Parks. 35min City My space is modern and very comfortable with all mod cons like the latest Apple TV with free Netflix, Prime Video and Spotify. There is a beautiful balearic cocktail bar with fire pit, evening garden illumination and a built in cinema screen to the back and a Spanish tiled seating patio on the front of the house. I have a very comfortable double bed in one bedroom where guests stay. The 2nd bedroom upstairs is an office and bedroom space and is locked to guests. I also have a brand new designer bathroom suite recently modelled and fitted along with a modern kitchen with all appliances like dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and all utensils needed. I also have beautiful 3 mile views over the fields and canopy of the legendary Sherwood Forest and a national bike/walking path that starts at the foot of my house and goes deep into the forest. I also have two good mountain bikes to rent out for £20.00, per bike, per day, so all my guests have the opportunity to see this stunning nature reserve in all of its glory. Please let me know if you are interested in the additional mountain bike hire. My guests will be able to access and share all parts of my home apart from my office space. I will be around to help all guests with their plans and activities they may be interested in. I will also offer many new options for them to consider as I have a comprehensive knowledge of the area as well as many tourist information leaflets at hand. The neighbourhood is on the edge of the village looking out on to the forest. It is a lovely area with kind and friendly neighbours in a quite location. Their is public transport to all major cities near by and main roads connecting the tourist village of edwinstowe to all UK destinations.
