1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment located a mile from downtown Jamestown. Apartment #4 is positioned in the building where no other apartments are above or below it. The apartment is paneled with oak trim. It has been newly painted and carpeted. The kitchen has all required appliances and utensils for an extended stay. There is a private laundry room for free use. There are two streets for free parking. The landlord lives in town and will accommodate needs. Located on the corner of eagle street and Willard street. Towards the top of Willard street. ******** Coronavirus info******* I will take steps to disinfect common surfaces after each guest. However, I can’t disinfect everything. It’s prudent to wash your hands frequently. My guests shouldn’t see anyone at the the location and I will limit interaction with my guests if I’m present. I will not be present for anything if I were to become sick. Please let me know if you become sick while in the area so I can take extra precautions. This is our new reality but I believe business can be conducted if precautions are taken. I want to clarify the description of the property. It is a fully furnished apartment with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. It is not like a new hotel or motel room. The apartment is located in an old building, as is 98% of the buildings in Jamestown are. There are new hotels in the area that can accommodate you with the newly renovated look if that is what you desire. The standard I use is from my own experiences with weekly rental properties. What I expect from a property is cleanliness and the amenities are functioning. The apartment has been freshly painted and is cleaned after every use.
