At 883m above sea level, nestled in the beautiful green countryside, we invite you to leave the everyday behind you and make use of the idyllic, natural "FREE SPACES" around our farm and clear your head - to find yourself again - to sense - to listen to your inner calling and regain your strength. Holiday apartment "Rock Garden" - on the ground floor Featuring hallway, separate toilet and bathroom, living room with kitchenette (fridge-freezer, electric hob with oven, coffee machine, tea maker, sink), seating area, pull-out sofa, TV and WiFi, and double bedroom. Each holiday apartment has its own outdoor area with seating and parasol. Arriving from Scheibbs: From direction Purgstall/Ybbs, drive past the bypass for Scheibbs and at the Neubruck junction, turn left from the B25 onto the B28 towards St. Anton an der Jeßnitz. In our village, there is only one left turn before the centre, which leads towards Schlagerboden. Follow this road (a small swimming pool facility will be on your right after around 200m). After 5.3km, you will reach the high plateau at a 4-way crossroads. On the right, you will see the farm with Mostheurigen (wine tavern) from Family Rosa and Erwin Winter. At this junction, turn 90° left (Caution: Don’t take the Bergstraße going upwards!) and drive 3.1km until the next junction, where you should then turn left again, going upwards (there will be a farm with a horse paddock in front of you). After 500m, you will have reached the top. Drive straight on for another 500m and you will have reached your destination! Welcome! In winter: Due to our exposed location, snow chains or four-wheel drive vehicles our recommended. Please get in touch with us before your arrival, so that we can clear the roads if necessary. Arriving from St. Pölten: Coming from St. Pölten, turn left onto Pielachtalstraße B39 (Direction Obergrafendorf). Stay on this road and after approx. 37km, you will come to the centre of Frankenfels. After approx. 200m after the valley at the end of the village, turn right (after the Fa. Hösl workshop) up the mountain via the railway crossing. Stay on the main road. From the main road to your destination, there will only be another 4.1km. Approx. 1km before your destination, you will see a farm with a horse paddock on your right. Immediately after this, keep right going upwards. After 500m, you will have reached the top. Drive straight on for another 500m and you will have reached your destination! Welcome!
