Old town pedestrian zone with lots of entertainment and restaurants is a 2 mins walk down the road. Despite ist closeness tot he center the place is very quiet, facing greenery and the ancient city walls. 160cm Boxspringbed and walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom, plus couch for a guest in the living room. The small kitchen is fully equipped incl. Nespresso and French press coffee maker, microwave and V&B porcelains.Living room is equipped with smart TV (40 channels) and internet on demand. Airport Linz is a short 20 mins drive. Since Wels easily can be explored without a car, we provide a bike. Smoking and parties is not allowed inside the whole apartement.
