Cozy villa 1000m² with large garden and sauna.

Hi! Our home is situated in a rural area and yet close to Antwerp (10min), Sint-Niklaas (5 min) or Ghent (30min). In the neighbourhood you can walk or cycle along fruit orchards or country paths, eat in star-quality restaurants or enjoy the quietness at home thanks to the large garden (south oriented), the large sunny terrace (8x4m) or recently built sauna (3x2,3m) and relaxation room. Our house (1000m²) is completely fenced, so safe for children & 100% privacy. Free parking for 3 cars. South facing open garden (20x35m) with lots of greenery, large built-in trampoline, summer swimming pool (intex, heated, only in summer), vegetable garden with free vegetables or fruits depending on the season, sunny terrace (8x4m), lounge seats and outdoor dining table. Also a spacious driveway for at least 3 cars. The living room (45m²) and semi-open kitchen offer a nice view of the garden thanks to large sliding windows. Downstairs there is also 1 bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs you will find the following sleeping accommodation: - 1 master bedroom of 40m², incl dressing room. - 2 bedrooms with a single bed. There is room for 1 extra bed in both rooms. On the 2nd floor you will find a spacious and recently built sauna (3x2,5m) with relaxation room, from where you can admire the garden, pear orchards ... or starry sky! You have access to every part of our house, except for the garage and the attic where we store our own stuff. For that same reason we also closed some closets in each bedroom ... but no worries ... there is plenty of room left for your belongings ! We will not be present during your stay. Nevertheless, we can always be reached by phone or app ! If necesarry, our family lives not far away so they can drop by at your request. Rural location, so perfect for cycling through small villages and along farm roads. Or enjoy hiking, fresh air and get lost among the numerous fruit orchards in the neighborhood. You will also find 2 star-quality restaurants in the nearby villages (approx 3km), 3 supermarkets, ... By car you reach Sint-Niklaas within 5 minutes, Antwerp is 10 minutes away, Ghent 30 minutes, Bruges 55 minutes and the Northsea 1 hour. On the corner of our street there is a bus stop with buses that take you to Sint-Niklaas center (12 minutes) or the port of Antwerp (18 minutes). During the summer our vegetable garden and some fruit plants produce some fresh, bio and healthy things. Pick & eat ;-) We also have a cat named Luna. A real joiner but also used to staying outside.
