Easy 15 min drive to downtown. You'll love the clean and bright Anthropology style decor, the family friendly games and foosball table and the many special touches. Be greeted with a fridge stocked w/ drinks and a sparkling clean, inviting home away from home. Four bedrooms plus family room allows for up to 12 guests. This home features two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs w/egress window and one smaller bunk room off downstairs bedroom that has a twin top bunk and full size bottom bunk. In addition to main living room upstairs there is a family room downstairs with new queen air bed, comfy sofa and high quality Magnolia brand bedding. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, etc. are brand new and purchased exclusively with quality in mind for our guests. Organic, high thread count sheets, plush pillows and cozy lighting make it a wonderful place to relax. Beautiful lighting from Pottery Barn lend a cozy ambiance. A full bathroom with jetted tub upstairs as well as second full bathroom downstairs provides quality towels, Trader Joe’s Spa shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A blow dryer is available in upstairs hallway cupboard. Air conditioning keeps home cool and comfortable in summer and gas furnace heats home. A washer and dryer with detergent provided is available downstairs for guests to use. Fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy and dining room table with six chairs adjoins living room. Additional folding chairs available in hall closet if you need to seat more than six people. Kitchen features a range, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, locally produced coffee and tea and creamer. A few basic pantry staples will also be available. Smart TV with Roku access for streaming from your own Netflix, Amazon, etc. accounts. You’ll also be able to access 9 basic cable stations (ABC, NBC, PBS, etc). High speed internet allows for multiple devices to stream at once. Family room downstairs features a foosball table, Lego Duplos, wood blocks, toy cars and children's books. There is also a spacious desk for those needing to get some work done while traveling. Beautiful front and side yard available with wood adirondack chairs to relax in under the shade of two huge trees. Pack and Play available for infants upon request. Please contact us when booking to arrange. There are two parking spaces available in front of shop accessed off of N Wesley Rd. If additional space is needed please park on street. NO pets permitted. Owners' child is highly allergic to dogs and cats and no pets of any kind may be on property. NO smoking cigarette, marijuana or vaping on property. There will be a $200 fee for smoking of any kind and your reservation will be immediately cancelled. There is a second Airbnb guest house on back of property in shop area. Please do not disturb tenants or infringe on their space. They have their own parking spot on west side of house. The paved patio area also belongs to other guest home. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Outdoor security cameras monitor property. If you have additional family members traveling with you and need a larger space or additional Airbnb space please ask about our discounts for booking more than one of our vacation rentals. All walking distance from the home there are also several fast food restaurants in the area. Safeway, Target, Red Robin, The Olive Garden and more are just .4 miles from the home.
