Ventnor Apartment with stunning sea views

Elegant, Contemporary, luxury self-catering Victorian apartment with panoramic sea views and large balcony only a stones throw from the beach and harbour and situated in the heart of Ventnor with a good choice of wine bars and fine dining. Sleeps 4 in two luxury double bedrooms, both have a king size bed. There is one en suite shower room with a walk in shower and a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower, spacious sitting room, separate kitchen/diner, both with outstanding sea views and a large balcony to sit & sip your gin & tonic on. There is a table and chairs that can be used on the balcony. The balcony is off the sitting room. Covid-19 Update 2 Cliff view, Ventnor: Due to the current Covid-19 regulations, we are currently not doing meet and greet. On arrival at the apartment we are asking our guests to use the key box located at the front of the building. For apartment cleaning purposes, we will be following the European Centre for Prevention and Control guidelines after each guest has left and have a Risk Assessment, a copy of which can be found in the apartment. We have provided a cleaning station in the kitchen, each bedroom and main bathroom. We have also provided a hand sanitizer in the hallway, to be used every time our guests enter the apartment. To ensure the apartment can be easily cleaned and to create a safe environment, some of the books, games and DVD’s have, for now been removed. Check-in maybe extended by an hour during busy periods.
