Midtown Apartment (Sofa Bed) (Females only)

Cute, well-lit living room in an apartment in the heart of the Rhein valley. The apartment is centrally located in the city on the third floor of a mid-town building. The apartment is comfortably arranged in 40 sqm with your living area at about half of that. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a door to the bedroom as well as to the hallway for the front door. There is a nice view out your window and a heater conveniently located next to your sofa-bed. The bedroom is where I stay, and through there you can access the bathroom whenever you please. You have access to pretty much everything in the apartment: bathroom with washing machine; kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge; dresser drawer; shelves; and any other utilities available. I am a full-time student so I don't spend much time at home during the week. I leave in the morning and come back in the evenings. I am open to having as little or as much interaction with my guests as they please :) The apartment is located in a great and safe neighbourhood with many restaurants and cafes near by. There is a restaurant right down stairs along with a hair salon in the same building, 4 grocery stores, 2 turkish markets, and a dm all within a 10 minute walk. There are a couple boutiques as well as a shisha bar just 1 minute away! Sinzig midtown (where we are located) is quite lively in the weekends and quiet during the week and daytime. The Rhein river is also only 10 minutes away! Bus stop is 4 minutes by foot and train station is about 10 minutes away. You can also call up a taxi which will arrive within 10 minutes.
