What’s more, it’s only a 15-minute drive from Chania Airport, so it won’t be long before you’re settled in and enjoying everything it has to offer for a memorable vacation. If you can tear yourself away from the various attractions of this wonderful villa, you’ll find a lot to pack into your photo collection just a short trip away. If lying on the beach doing very little is your thing, you’ll only have to venture five minutes from your doorstep before soaking up some rays. Inside area The air-conditioned villa has 160m² of living space laid over three floors. On the middle-ground floor, there is a nicely decorated living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with sufficient place settings for up to six people. The balcony door opens up to the pool and the windows offer you a magnificent sea view. The wood burner is not only nice as a decoration detail but also can warm you up during your winter holidays. There are plenty of modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a flat-screen smart satellite TV, music system and air conditioning in the entire house (use of a/c is included in the price). In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners. There are three bedrooms split over two levels. On the first level, you’ll find the master bedroom complete with its king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a separate shower cabin. In the bedroom, there is a flat-screen TV. From the balcony, you will enjoy an amazing view of the Kalathas bay. The lower level houses the remaining two bedrooms which have double beds that can be converted into singles depending on your needs. Both bedrooms on the lower floor are also en-suite. Outside of the bedrooms, there is a beautifully landscaped spacious private garden with plenty of shadow for the hot sunny day with outside furniture. On this level, there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and an iron with ironing board. There’s also a baby cot and a baby high chair available in the villa if you need one. Wi-fi Internet is available in every room and outside area. Outside area All your senses will be awakened by the sheer natural beauty of this villa. Villa Sun features a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and an extensive sundeck with comfortable sunbeds. A spacious pergola covers the outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying dinner at sunset with family and friends. You can use the BBQ to make delicious meals by yourself or with the help of a private chef (upon request). The balconies and terraces have stylish outdoor furniture. There is a big table that can be set for up to six guests at the pool area and a smaller table on the kitchen balcony. For the youngest guests, a children’s playground is available for all three villas. For more privacy and children’s safety, the whole area is surrounded by a stone wall from the roadside and fenced discretely from the field side. There is a shared professional tennis court where you can enjoy your afternoon exercise with family and friends.
