This is our Third Listing. Its a Small Room on the first floor with nice surrounding window looking out the back of the house, close access to living room, kitchen and bathroom. Located just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, 15 minutes to Buckland Hills Mall and The Promenade shops at Evergreen Walk. If your a beach lover it's less then an hour to Rhode Island beaches. Located just down the street Town of Vernon Rails to Trails System bike, walk or run on 44 miles of well maintained trails Take a close look at my location you will find everything needed to enjoy your time here. Bill P.S. 3 bigger bed rooms, nice back yard with campfire pit You enter the home through the front door, second access would be through the garage. The Showcased room is in the basement, so you head down stairs through the kitchen, at the bottom you turn left to enter the room through a door which has a lock. The room is large as seen in the picture. Shared full kitchen, washer and dryer I have a bedroom up stairs, so I am in and out with my daily routines. Depending on your wants and needs I will provide assistance as needed. My home is in a beautiful area, there is so much to offer from quiet privacy, country walks near lake and streams and exciting night life, historic areas, fine dinning. Plenty of parking I will make my self available for rides, tours, walking, biking, kayaking, rock climbing, geocaching, backpacking. There are bus routs near by, car rentals company, taxi services I do have college student living in bedrooms up stairs during the school is in session .. place can be busy at time but all seems to work out .. at this time all guys
