Kettle and tea and coffee available in room. Double bedroom. Shared use of bathroom and kitchen. I work from home on a regular basis, so would be available for guests to answer any questions regarding local area. Townhouse in quiet residential area. Tunbridge Wells Pembury Hospital is less than 2 miles away if working or visiting relatives. Pantiles is 3 miles away. Town centre is 2 miles away. Lots of on street parking, no permits or restrictions. A21 less than a mile away so easily accessible to London or Coast if travelling by car. Local Train Station (High Brooms) is only 10 min walk away. On street free parking. Plenty of space, no restrictions or permits. Bus stop nearby. High Brooms Station 10 min walk away. I have one small very friendly dog at property. I also rent out one other room in the property.
