On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms which allow a good night's sleep in summer. There is also a bathroom with toilet and an additional separate toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of a 60 m2 loft with living room, dining room, a spacious kitchen with modern built-in furniture and a balcony with direct access to the rear terrace. The spacious, modern kitchen offers crockery for 8 people in addition to the oven, refrigerator and coffee machines. In the dining room is a large table with 8 chairs. The house is heated with electric radiators and additionally with a wood stove above. The living room has a large sitting area with 2 sofas and a chair, a TV, CDs, books and board games available. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms: 1 larger with double bed (160x200) and a second with pull-out sofa bed (80x200). In addition, there is a bathroom with tub and shower facilities, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing board and iron. Another separate toilet is located opposite the bedrooms.
