Characterful converted 2 bedroom Cart Barn. Peacefully located in the southern Cotswolds close to the historic towns of Malmesbury and Tetbury. Situated in the countryside with rural views, beautiful walks and excellent pubs nearby. Converted to a very high standard providing quality and comfort for a holiday or short break. Langleys Farm was built in the early 17th century and sits peacefully in its 20 acres of pasture land. The Cart Barn is newly converted and is light and spacious yet cosy, with double glazing and underfloor heating. It looks out onto fields with grazing sheep. Happy to answer questions by text or email and in person once here. Charlton is situated in the Southern Cotswolds, close to historic towns of Malmesbury and Tetbury. Malmesbury is a charming town with its Norman Abbey and 15th century market place, fortnightly farmers market and beautiful Abbey House Gardens beside it. Tetbury with its many antique shops and independent cafes and boutiques is close to the Westernbirt Arboretum with its world-renowned variety of trees and down the road from Highgrove. Charlton itself is home to Womad festival. Cirencester and the Spa towns of Bath and Cheltenham are within easy reach. Near by is the Cotswold Water Park offering adventurous water sports and other activities. Convenient for Badminton and Gatcombe Horse trials & Beaufort polo club. Cycling along the country lanes around the local villages of Garsdon, Lea, Hankerton, Crudwell etc. is an excellent way of exploring. A car is necessary. Although we have our own dogs, I am afraid we do not accept dogs or cats to stay in the Barn.
