Lodge with driveway parking and stunning views

The Lodge at Victoria House is a non smoking apartment attached to our family home and provides comfortable accommodation for walkers or those looking to explore the local area. Situated on the A62 you will have the benefit of being on the Pennine way and also within 5 mins of The Saddleworth Villages andYorkshire villages. We are perfect for walkers, cyclists. Private driveway parking allows space for 2 cars. Weare a non smoking accommodation and have no facilities for smoking around our house Guests have the opportunity to use the lodge at their convenience. The lodge has a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and a comfortable cosy sitting room area. We aim to provide a clean and comfortable stay to our guests. We provide breakfast cereals, tea and coffee for your convenience. £5 per night per dog. Guests have access to the lodge and top driveway for parking We are available should our guests need anything during their stay, however we aim to never intrude on our guests having time away from their busy lives. We are ideally placed on the A 62 between Saddleworth and Marsden. The lodge is ideal for cyclists and walkers. We have driveway parking for two cars. We are within a ten min walk of a bus route. Dogs are welcome. No cats. All dogs must not be left unsupervised in the lodge. A £5 per night charge for pets payable on check in. No visiting guests. The accommodation is for 2 and a child in a Jay be bed in the lounge area. We operate a no smoking approach to our lodge and home and this includes smoking on site. We have oil and for safety and also as we have children we do not wish to have smoking around our home.
