Welcome to Athos villa!A totally renewed accommodation with it's own garden just 300 metres from the seashore.The perfect base to discover Cretan culture,cousine and of course the countless emerald beaches.Come and taste the unique Cretan hospitality! The apartment is fully furnished,air conditioned and consists of a big living room with a fire place,a fully equipped kitchen,a bedroom with one double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a big fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower.There is also internet access ( Wi-Fi). Right outside the apartment,is your personal garden with roses,lemon trees,herbs and a big palm tree.There is also a dinner table outside in case you want to enjoy your meals with the sound of cicadas songs! Athos villa is situated 2.5 kilometers from the town of Sitia and 1.5 kilometers from the local beach while plenty of other isolated and unknown beaches with crystal clear waters lying towards the Eastern tip of Creta.You can access them on a 20-30 minute drive. You have access all over the garden and the remaining space of plot, which contains 80 olive trees and a garden with vegetables,herbs and fruits (you are free to pick whatever is available in the garden depending on the season) for your cooking needs.There is also a bbq place and a wood oven in which we can cook for you traditional recepies under the bougainvillea covered kiosk. We are more than happy to give you directions, information and advice on everything you need to make your holidays unforgettable! Trupitos is a small neighborhood 5 minutes driving from Sitia.Placed on the foot of Roussa's Ekklisia's mountain,offers you a spectacular view on Sitia's bay and it's magical colours during sunset! Surrounded from hills, is suitable for hiking and cycling. Near by is located a traditional village with some of the best tavernas in the area.It takes you 5-7 minutes by car to reach Roussa Ekklisia. How to reach Sitia. With direct charter and scheduled flights to Heraklion, especially from April until October. Frequent flights through Athens to Heraklion.There is also a direct flight to Sitia. Ferry boat from Piraeus port to Heraklion on a daily basis, and once a week there is another ferry which arrives in Sitia after stopping at a number of other ports. You can rent a car directly from Heraklion, or you can do so arriving in Sitia.
