To enter the door, press the "Schlage" logo and then your code. Door will automatically lock itself in 30 seconds. Pricing is based directly on the total number of guests using the home. This includes children but not babies (less than 2 years old) . We require guests to be 100% honest about the number of people staying, this is critical. Just to make it totally clear, this space may not be used for parties or events. You may not book the place with one or a few guests and then have a whole bunch of people show up. While we do not live in the house, we near and maintain an office on the first floor. What's not to love!? We are an @ 18 mile drive to downtown Philadelphia. 30 minutes drive if light traffic. This is an environment that has been put together with careful consideration for the airbnb traveler.
