In case of an electric power outage, the house is equipped with an electric generator located outside on the grounds that will automatically supply electric power to the house. Guests have full access to the entire house and sixteen acres of property. Ample parking is available in both the upper and lower driveways to the guest house. . The guest house sits on a hill on a picturesque Delaware County road approximately one mile from the hamlet of Bovina Center. There are beautiful views in every direction with plenty of fresh air and a quaint country lane (Reinertsen Hill Road) to walk! A car is a necessity to take you to any of the hiking trails, ski resorts, or grocery shopping in Margaretville or Delhi (the closest towns to shop). I have provided a complete Guide Book to the guest house which I place on the dining room table for my guests.
