You’ll be surprised at all we have to offer here in East Texas. It’s all yours to enjoy indoor or outdoor, our fenced in backyard part being privacy fence part cyclone fence with small porch. You have the whole house & yard to yourself. Enjoy both indoor & outdoor…have fun! We don’t have the hustle and bustle of a lot of traffic but your vehicle is the best way to get to downtown Jefferson and the surrounding lakes and towns. ONLY QUEST THAT HAVE CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS ARE ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY. All others will be ask to leave immediately! NO PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS/FAMILY REUNIONS/CLASS REUNIONS. This PROPERTY IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR LARGE GATHERINGS. IF DOMESTIC ISSUES ARE REPORT YOU WILL LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND. No MOVING/REARRANGING furniture. Absolutely NO PETS, $100 will be charged on your credit card if there is evidence that there has been an animals on the premises. Absolutely No Smoking. Quiet time between 9pm to 8am. No loud music. No fireworks inside city limits.
