Great location - easy access to the beautiful and varied North Norfolk coast, but central enough to easily visit Norwich, Kings Lynn, east and north west Norfolk beaches. Comfortable, tastefully decorated with use of owners lovely garden. Tea, instant coffee, sugar and a milk provided. Very quiet location in small village. Please note there is no public transport to the village. Local cafe offering great breakfast and lunch 2 miles away. Award winning gastro pub 2 miles away. Fakenham 6 miles - supermarkets and amenities. Traditional Market Day on Thursdays. Dereham 7 miles - supermarkets and amenities. Use of garden - please note this is shared with our young black Labrador! Parking on owners driveway. Plenty of walks to do in and around the village. 10 minute drive from Godwick Barn, wedding venue. There is no public transport to the village, you need a car. Kitchenette only has a microwave combined oven and there is no sink in kitchenette. However there is a large sink in the shower room and washing up equipment.
