Amenities include AC, California King bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, free wireless internet, spacious bathroom with large shower and a kitchenette. The Ilima Suite has its own private entrance and parking space. a lovely outside sitting area with Gas BBQ, lawn area with lawn chair and beautiful ocean views. Our commitment is to offer a very clean accommodation, towels, bathroom rugs, sheets, blankets, comforters, duvets, mattress pads are always washed before check-in. Garden area with lawn chairs and shared laundry facility with washer and dryer. We offer any help from car reservations to any activities. An emergency phone number is available 24/7. AJ is your host, she lives in the main part of the home with her family and will make sure you have everything you need and is available for any questions. AJ is working in the hospitality industry most of her life and enjoys interaction with guests. I live adjacent to the property and will be available whenever needed. Ha'iku is located on Maui's North Shore, a rural/agricultural district, away from hustle and bustle of tourist areas. If you enjoy nature, yet being close to beaches, attractions and activities and like to stay in a peaceful neighborhood you will enjoy our place. Maui has a limited bus service. The next bus station is at the Ha'iku Market Place, a 10 - 15 min. walk along a country road (no sidewalk). We recommend to rent a car during your stay. The Leilani property is licensed with Maui County. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests including children 2 years and older in the Ilima Suite Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for one car, there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including a pre-check in form requiring a valid credit card in your name. This is a non-smoking property. 3rd party reservations are not accepted.
