Large villa in Onsala near the sea and Gothenburg

Enjoy a nice and spacious villa on the beautiful west coast of Sweden. The house is embedded in wonderful nature and only steps away from the sea! The villa is 225 sqm and has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large open, bright and social surfaces. Lovely garden with wooden deck in two directions - main facing south. Wonderful scenery, close to baths and only a short walk to grocery store and other necessities. You are also close to Kungsbacka (10 min), Liseberg and Gothenburg (30 min). Fully equipped 1.5 floor villa in a south facing position of about 225 sqm. Lawn and patios on both front and back. On the secluded patio at the back you can enjoy the morning sun and on the terrace (and in the outside room on the front) you have sun until late evening. For those who like to grill, there is a gas grill. Parking with room for three cars, charging possibilities are available for two cars. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining table for at least 8 people, bathroom and another dining room with room for at least 8 people. Next to the kitchen there is a large and open living room with exit to the patio at the back. In the living room there is a TV 55 inch and Nintendo Switch. On the ground floor there is also a reading area in front of the stove, laundry room with washing machine and dryer from Miele and a bright and airy bedroom with double bed, TV 46 inch and exit to the patio at the back. Upstairs there is a lounge with room for two overnight guests in the sofa bed. There are three bedrooms, one equipped with double bed and generous wardrobes, the other with a 120 cm bed and the third has a cot. What is needed to make life with children as comfortable as possible is in the house, such as beds, changing table, dining chair, babysitter, walking chair, baby pool, etc. There are also cubic games, board games, croquet and badminton net with rackets. You have access to all rooms in the house except for a storage room (entrance floor) and office (entrance floor). Both of these rooms are locked. You have access to the closet in the master bedroom upstairs. There you will find duvets, pillows, sheets, towels, etc. For other wardrobes / cabinets / spaces, you can use all that are not marked ‘Private’. Wind, garage and two outside storage rooms are not available to guests. Personally we will not available. But you can call us on the phone during your stay and we will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable. The house is about 500 m from the sea. Behind the house you will find a small path that takes you to the ‘Kyrkans Ängar’, a park / leisure area where you can enjoy walking in beautiful nature along the sea or also grilling in one of the outdoor grills that are located down by the water. The house is centrally located in Onsala, close to necessities such as supermarket (about 500 m from the house), health center (about 600 m from the house), and communications to Kungsbacka (400 m from the house) which can take you further to Gothenburg or Varberg. Not far from the house you will find ‘Finna strand’ which is a nice little beach. If you want to swim from the pier, this is also nearby, about 700 km from the house. Noas Ark is a zoo where children can visit goats, chickens, pigs, horses etc., located about 1 km from the house. Tips for those who like to go for a walk is to go south along the water to ‘Gottskär’, about 4.2 km from the house. In ‘Gottskär’ you will find boat harbor, harbor hook, bathing areas, etc. The nearest bus stop is about 400 m from the house. By bus you can travel to ‘Kungsbacka station’ in 25 minutes. From there you can take the train to ‘Gothenburg’ in 20 minutes. To travel by bus the easiest way yo pay is to download the app ‘To Go’, and to plan your travelling around on the west coast you can download the app ‘Reseplaneraren’. Note that we have a small dog when we live in the house (though not when guests arrive), so the house is not suitable for a person who is allergic to dogs. For you with young children, it is important to know that the stairs in the house are not child-proof. To make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, you have access to bed linen and towels.
