Shangri La is comprised of 3 pods, connected by lush foliage and breezeways. In the main pod is the chef-kitchen, living, dining (seats 10), as well as a billiard room and fully equipped sit-up bar area - ideal for hosting sunset happy hours. The master suite is located in a separate pod overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee in the private seating area overlooking the ocean. In the guest room pod, is 4 ensuite bedrooms and the primary laundry room. With 4,630 sq' of outdoor living space, in-ground pool, billiard room, chef's kitchen, TV room, & sit-up bar - this island getaway is perfect for a romantic escape or family vacation! Shangri La is a full concierge property. As a Saltbox property, Coral Reef guests will have access to services ranging from grocery/liquor provisioning to golf cart and boat rentals. Saltbox can also help organize private chefs, dinner reservations, and other services the island has to offer to create a customized itinerary for your stay for an additional fee. If renters would prefer to book services on their own, we will provide them with an island information packet as a resource for them as well. Shangri La accommodates a maximum of ten guests. 5 bedrooms (4 king rooms and a room with 2 twins) each with their own private ensuites. 130' private dock that can accommodate large boats or multiple boats. Central A/C throughout the home. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, and an island that seats four. Large back deck with outdoor furniture overlooking the Sea of Abaco. WiFi available throughout the house and satellite TV. Washer and dryer. Automatic back-up generator. Sorry, we do not allow children under the age of 6, nor do we allow events at the house, including dinner parties in excess of the allowed capacity of the house without prior approval.
