Short stays from Monday to Friday Weekend stays from Friday to Monday Sunrise Cottage, located on Elm Tree Farm, is a lovely 1 bedroom self catering cottage, close to Silverstone, Oxford and the Cotswolds. Stay with us and enjoy linen and towels, a welcome hamper, free wifi, Smart and Apple TV, underfloor heating, pocket sprung mattresses and black out curtains. The spacious bedroom has 3ft twin beds that can be combined to make a 6ft super king, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The large, marble tiled wet room is accessible from both the bedroom and the open-plan living area. The living area is fitted with a contemporary kitchen, including washing machine, brushed chrome appliances low level breakfast bar, a two seater sofa bed and a Smart TV. Sunrise Cottage enjoys a private patio area, with views overlooking one of the farms' fields, often occupied by our lambs and cows. The price is for up to 2 guests in the bedroom with a supplement for use of the sofa bed (small double, recommended for 1 adult) Being located on a working farm, you are at your leisure to visit the pony, sheep and cows and to wonder around the fields surrounding the cottage. Meet the farm animals and enjoy walks on the farm. There is a climbing frame for the kids to enjoy and range of equipment for our younger guests, including: Travel cots & high chairs, toys & books, baby bath & mats, Plastic dinnerware & bibs Geoff and Lizzy live on the farm where the cottages are located so are available at any time for anything you may need. We are located just outside the small town of Brackley. There are 2 supermarkets as well as a selection of shops and restaurants. We are within 15 minutes of Bicester Village, luxury retail outlet and Silverstone race circuit and 45 minutes of Oxford, Warwick, Leamington, Stratford, Milton Keynes and the Cotswolds. There are farm shops selling local produce and many of the local villages have excellent pubs for a quick drink, lunch or an evening meal. It is recommended that you have a car as we are located on farm just outside brackley. The nearest train stations are Bicester North and Banbury.
